[Help] Is it possible to download the older 10.11.15(10.11.0) tpk?

This 10.11.11.04(10.11.11 jellyfin) upgrade has been wrought with issues on my 424 Pro. Even after a completely fresh install, it will scan in my library and then once completed the next scan will REMOVE everything from my library. I've been fighting with this for 3 days, with AIs assistance and confirming permissions, database configuration, folder structures, we've tried everything. This morning, after letting it completely rescan a fresh library overnight it seemed to be working, and then this afternoon I went and did a "Scan for new and updated files" and it started deleting everything from my library again.
Where can I download the previous version, 10.11.15 in the store(which was 10.11.0 of real jellyfin version) of the TPK?
