[Feature Request] Improved File Filter

Currently the file filter only allows filtering by file size and file extension. This is pretty limited.

It would be useful to filter on more of the filename and directory. For example: XXX_backup.tar.gz I might want to filter out anything ending with "backup.tar.gz"
It would also be useful to exclude specific directories. For example a "images/thumbnails" directory may contain generated files that don't need to be backed up.
