After inserting a hard drive with existing data into the D2-320, why is the capacity not recognized?

Applicable Models

D2-320

First confirm whether the hard drive can be normally recognized by the D2-320. If old drives are recognized but the new drive with data is not, it is usually due to one of the following two reasons:
· Hardware compatibility issue — the hard drive is incompatible with the D2-320 hardware;
· Partition or file system incompatibility — the hard drive's partition format or file system (such as NTFS, exFAT, HFS+, etc.) is not supported by the device.
It is recommended to first check whether the hard drive format is within the device's supported list, or try backing up data on a computer and reformatting before use.
