- Please note that the device is not compatible with SATA protocol SSDs. Please replace with an NVMe 2280 PCIe protocol SSD.
- Please use the USB-C data cable with the TERRAMASTER logo to avoid compatibility and power supply issues caused by third-party cables.
- If some M.2 SSDs are not recognized when multiple SSDs are installed, please try testing with only a single M.2 SSD installed to check if the issue is insufficient power supply from the device.
