This is normal, as the fan and indicator lights only run continuously when the hard drives are recognized by the system. Please connect the USB cable and install the hard drives before powering on.
2. Hard drive tray not fully inserted If the tray is not pushed in tightly, it may cause startup anomalies and incorrect fan operation.
