The D4-320 can recognize old hard drives but cannot detect brand new ones. Why?

New hard drives are usually blank and need to be manually initialized. Please go to Disk Management, initialize it to GPT format, then create a new partition, and the system will recognize it.
If it is still not recognized after initialization, please connect the hard drive to another device for testing to determine whether the issue is a compatibility problem between the D4-320 and the hard drive or a fault with the hard drive itself.
