After connecting to another computer, both drives in RAID 1 are recognized, but the data synchronization status is abnormal.

  1. Use the original USB data cable or try replacing the cable and test again.
  2. Make sure you are using a USB 3.0/USB 3.1 high-speed port. Try switching to a different USB port on your computer.
  3. If using a USB hub or docking station, try connecting directly to a USB port on the computer's motherboard.
  4. Install the USB port drivers provided by your computer/motherboard manufacturer.
