When setting or changing the RAID mode, both the DAS and the computer must be powered on, and the DAS must remain connected to the computer. To set up RAID, use a screwdriver to toggle the switch to the desired RAID type. Use a pin to press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds until the hard drive indicator changes from green to red. After about 1 second, the hard drive indicator will change from red to green, indicating that the new RAID settings have been successfully applied.
