The drive is visible in Device Manager but the drive letter is not visible in File Explorer.

The computer may not support the partition file system format on the drive. If you have another computer system that can successfully read the data, back up the data first, then reconnect to your computer's Device Manager and format the volume partition to a file system format supported by your computer (this operation will result in data loss; back up data first if possible).
