After the computer starts, the hard drive enclosure can only recognize one of the two hard drives. It returns to normal after rebooting the computer or hard drive enclosure. How to resolve?

1. Ensure the device's rear switch is set to SINGLE mode, not RAID mode.
2. If the power supply is insufficient, it may not be able to drive both disks simultaneously. Replace with an adapter of adequate power (such as the original specification) and try again.
3. If the hard drives were previously used for RAID, residual configuration may interfere with single-disk recognition. Back up your data, restore the hard drives to factory state in SINGLE mode (via the TD2 Thunderbolt 3 device), and then reconnect. If the issue only occurs occasionally during cold boot, it may also be related to macOS's USB initialization timing. It is recommended to wait a moment after booting before connecting the hard drive enclosure.
