The hard drive in the D5 Hybrid does not appear on the computer. What should I do?

  1. If the hard drive tray is not fully pushed into place, it will affect recognition. Please manually push the hard drive tray inward to ensure it is securely installed. Installation guide: https://support.terra-master.com/quickguide/
  2. When no USB port is connected or no hard drive is installed, the device will automatically enter standby mode to save energy. At this time, the fan spinning once and stopping and the indicators not lighting up are normal. Please ensure the USB cable is connected and the hard drive is installed.
  3. Some USB-C cables and computer ports may have compatibility issues, which can lead to communication abnormalities. It is recommended to switch to another USB port on the computer, or use the original or a high-quality USB data cable.
