   After powering on, the device needs about 20-30 seconds to complete hard drive recognition. The fan and indicator lights will only work normally after successful recognition.
2. Signal and power issues (common on some Windows PCs and mini PCs) Try switching USB ports, prioritizing the rear USB ports on the computer (more stable power and signal). If ineffective, test with another computer. You can try using a 0.3m or 0.5m 10Gbps USB hub (USB-A/USB-C) adapter to reduce signal loss.
3. Driver issues Using generic USB drivers may lead to incompatibility with the motherboard. Please download and install the dedicated USB driver matching your model from your computer or motherboard brand's official website.
